Essential Job Functions

• Follow safety and environmental procedures
• Come to work everyday, on time as scheduled
• Proficient communication skills
• Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts
• Examine welds and unload parts to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality
• Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system
• Use of spot weld technology
• Load, setup, operate spot welding equipment
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep spot welder running smoothly and reduce downtime
• Examine weld during welding process
• Inspect and green tag first piece
• Execute scheduling board
• Able to use motorized walking stacker

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operator cranes, overhead hoists
• Proficient and basic math and computer skills
