PAY & BENEFITS
- Base Compensation: $86,500 - $93,000 depending on experience and certifications.
- Enhanced Compensation: Professional revenue share model with up to an additional 20% of base salary.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high-stress environment.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- Work for extended periods of time at a video display terminal and use a keyboard to enter and gather information.
- Physical activity including bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, and prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Required to work at the IRG clinic and be responsible for your own transportation to and from the work site.
