About the Role

• Opportunity for an experienced Pelvic Health PT seeking continued growth potential, an early career pelvic therapist seeking support and mentorship, or an outpatient PT looking to gain Herman & Wallace Level 1.
• Work next to our current Pelvic PT with over 10 years of PT experience, 6 being specifically in Pelvic.
• For newer pelvic therapists, we cover the cost of Herman & Wallace Level 1 and provide hands-on mentorship.
• For experienced pelvic therapists ready for leadership, there are expansion plans including opening a new, larger location with opportunity to help shape and potentially lead a growing pelvic health department.
• Our Pelvic PTs spend 40 minutes with each patient and see around 12 patients in a 10-hour shift.
• 2 private rooms dedicated to pelvic patients.
• Four 10-hour shifts per week for work/life balance.
• Location: Helena, MT.

Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Passion around serving others.
• Current Montana state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.

Pay

Salary range: $78,000 - 105,000 per year.
