Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist in Woodridge, IL. At Duly, quality comes before volume. There is no double booking and no required marketing, allowing more focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60‑minute initial evaluations and 30‑minute follow‑up visits
• Provide individualized, one‑on‑one care without double booking
• Maintain built‑in documentation time
• Utilize a strong internal referral network for coordinated care
• Participate in specialty interest groups (sports medicine, spine, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, pediatrics, etc.)
• Engage in ongoing clinical development and potential pathways to specialty practice, education, or leadership

Pay

Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus and additional financial incentives.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM; last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
