PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Opening pay range: $46 to $65 per hour.

About the role

We are seeking an independent, self-motivated, and compassionate Physical Therapist with experience in Pelvic Health therapy. You will join a wonderful team of outpatient Orthopedic PTs with a wide range of specialties, including a Pelvic Health and Lymphedema Program Coordinator who has over 27 years of pelvic floor and chronic pain rehabilitation experience, with 17 of those years also focused on treating complicated lymphedema/edema issues.

The Outpatient Therapy Clinic is a 7,500 sq. ft. facility with eleven private treatment rooms, located within and connected to the Health and Fitness Center. Our team has a strong referral base for patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions and specialized Lymphedema/edema patients. We operate in an exciting environment where we coordinate care with local hospitals and doctors from UCLA, City of Hope, and USC. Additionally, we can offer a wide range of exercise and health programs to our patients through our fully equipped Health and Fitness Center.

The Rehab team is passionate about providing the best possible care to our patients. We regularly share knowledge and experience and host continuing education seminars. We are also committed to providing state-of-the-art equipment for therapy, including cold laser and Physiotouch.

This position is for Rehab Services and is contracted.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pelvic Health therapy to patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions and related conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of outpatient Orthopedic PTs and specialists.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in California.
• AHA CPR Certified.
• Pelvic Floor Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in outpatient pelvic/orthopedics preferred, though new graduates with clinical experience are welcome to apply.
• Desire to expand knowledge base and share in our vision.

Pay

$46.00 - $58.00 per hour.
