About the role
Onsite position in Auburn Hills, MI (5 days/week). Requires 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in enterprise project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Pega project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and project milestones
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning
- Manage onsite/offshore teams across development, QA, architecture, and operations
- Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production release readiness
- Track project KPIs, delivery progress, quality metrics, and executive status reporting
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in enterprise project management
- Strong experience in Pega project delivery and Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred qualifications
- Automotive/OEM experience
- Warranty or claims processes knowledge
- PMP/SAFe certification
- Business process transformation experience
