Responsibilities
- Own the full program lifecycle initiation through closure for Pega platform implementations across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance.
- Build and execute risk management plans that protect Pega deployments from disruption in financial services and insurance operations.
- Set and monitor program controls to keep Pega implementations aligned with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in BCM and Insurance.
- Align with Pega system architects and developers on strategy and resource allocation across domain-specific workflows.
- Deliver executive reporting on Pega program status milestones, risks, health with domain-specific KPIs.
Experience and Skills
- 15+ years in program management, with deep experience in Pega platform implementations.
- Track record managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments as a program lead.
- Strong grasp of Pega's capabilities and how to apply them across business units.
- PgMP or PMP certification, ideally with a technology-implementation focus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success managing cross-functional teams.
