Pega Program Manager

Responsibilities Own the full program lifecycle initiation through closure for Pega platform implementations across Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance. Build and execute risk management plans that protect Pega deployments from disruption in financial services and insurance operations. Set and monitor program controls to keep Pega implementations aligned with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in BCM and Insurance. Align with Pega system architects and developers on strategy and resource allocation across domain-specific workflows. Deliver executive reporting on Pega program status milestones, risks, health with domain-specific KPIs. Experience And Skills 15+ years in program management, with deep experience in Pega platform implementations. Track record managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments as a program lead. Strong grasp of Pega's capabilities and how to apply them across business units. PgMP or PMP certification, ideally with a technology-implementation focus. Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success managing cross-functional teams.
