About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Pega platform architecture, AI-driven decisioning, optimization, and enterprise integrations. The LSA will serve as the technical authority, driving scalable, high-performing solutions in an Agile delivery model.
Location: New York, New Jersey (3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract, can get extended)
Experience: 8–10+ years of Pega experience

Model: C2C, C2H | Rate: $75 to $95 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Pega solution architecture ensuring scalability and performance
- Define and govern Pega architectural standards and guardrails
- Design case management, decisioning, and integration solutions
- Architect Pega AI / Decisioning / Next-Best-Action (NBA) implementations
- Drive optimization, automation, and application performance tuning
- Design and oversee REST/SOAP integrations and data architecture
- Mentor Pega developers and provide technical leadership
- Conduct design/code reviews and support production issue resolution
- Act as technical lead in Agile/Scrum teams
Requirements
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC architecture
- Pega AI, Decisioning, Optimization
- Pega Infinity, Blueprints and other latest AI capabilities
- Oracle DB, Advanced SQL
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of Pega on Cloud / AWS
- AWS Lambda
- Postman (API testing)
- MABL (QA automation)
- Agile/Scrum, Jira
Nice to Have
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise digital transformations
