- Experience Translating Business Requirements Into PEGA Ready Functional Designs
- Resource should be able to lead the team, take architectural decisions on their own.
PEGA & Technical Knowledge
- PEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
- Familiarity with PEGA Guardrails and implementation best practices
- Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems)
- Exposure to PEGA UI modernization / upgrades is a plus
Process & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle
- Domain Experience In Banking, Insurance, Or Financial Services Preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus
