MUST HAVE
- Minimum 12+ years of IT experience
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications using PEGA PRPC technologies
- Java/J2EE experience
- Lead end to end Pega Infinity application architecture, including case management, data modeling, integration, and UI strategy
- Hands-on & design/implementation experience with DX API-based front-end integrations for web and mobile channels (React, Angular, or other UI frameworks)
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to Pega Constellation architecture and low-code fusion delivery
- Experience in defining and governing application guardrails, reusable components, and performance standards
- Experience in building PEGA REST service APIs, and SOAP services
- Experience in consuming WSDLs and building JMS services/listeners
- Guide and mentor System Architects and Senior Developers, performing design and code reviews
