Core Skills
Strong experience as a Lead System Analyst on PEGA implementations
Hands-on understanding of: PEGA Case Management Flows, Flow Actions, UI rules, Data Pages, Decision Tables, Reports
Experience Translating Business Requirements Into PEGA-ready Functional Designs
Resource should be able to lead the team, take architectural decisions on their own.
PEGA & Technical Knowledge
PEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
Familiarity with PEGA Guardrails and implementation best practices
Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems)
Exposure to PEGA UI modernization / upgrades is a plus
Process & Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle
Domain Experience
In Banking, Insurance, Or Financial Services
Preferred Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus
Qualifications
Location: Jersey City , NJ
It is a hybrid role in Jersey City , NJ
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 106230 to 145000
