Pega BA

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Pega projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Pega Certified Business Architect knowledge to guide project teams in the design and implementation of Pega solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues that may impact project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Pega Certified Business Architect certification.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities and best practices.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications
