About the role
In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Audit ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in software development, enhancement, and production support
- Experience in PEGA application development and delivery
- Experience in PEGA PRPC application design, case management, workflows, data transforms, activities, agents, report definitions, integrations, and deployment practices
- Experience leading development teams and delivering user stories within Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery models
- Hands-on experience with PEGA UI modernization and portal development using UI Kit, Theme Cosmos, Constellation, HTML, JavaScript, and custom CSS
- Experience with enterprise integrations including REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, SQL services, BIX, and external APIs
- Experience performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to PEGA guardrails and enterprise standards
- Experience with automated testing, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation
- Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams and multiple delivery workstreams
- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA), PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), PEGA Certified Data Scientist or equivalent PEGA certification
