Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Pega applications using low-code tools: case types, data objects, UI (sections, harnesses/views), flows, and decision rules
• Build and test business rules, activities, data transforms, and declarative logic under senior guidance
• Develop and integrate connectors and services (REST, SOAP) to external systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver assigned user stories
• Write and execute unit tests; support QA and debug defects
• Follow Pega guardrails and best practices to keep applications maintainable and compliant

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field — or equivalent training/experience
• 1-year technology experience
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and basic SQL
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
