Peer Trainer

About the role

Join SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, to help shape the future of shopping experiences. In this position you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities through display building, shelf resetting, product rotation, and inventory tracking. You will also support leadership by onboarding new hires and training and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain displays and end caps in retail stores.
• Reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to optimize sales.
• Assist leadership with onboarding, training, and coaching of new and existing team members.
• Interact with customers and store management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Work independently while also contributing to team building and collaboration.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset while performing physical tasks in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Competitive wage of $17.50 per hour.
