Peer-to-Peer Marketing Lead Dermatology
About the role
The US iDERM Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lead is a remote or hybrid role responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class HCP education/P2P experiences for the Psoriasis (PsO) and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) indications. This includes applying P2P/HCP education capabilities, customer, and TA/Brand insight to design and deliver HCP educational experiences. These educational experiences aim to educate, engage, and enable HCPs to gain comfort in appropriately prescribing UCB's Dermatology Biologics Products. The role involves working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Dermatology Marketing, Dermatology Medical Affairs, Dermatology Sales Leadership, and the Immunology Ecosystem Partnership Leads to ensure optimal engagement at medical meetings, commercial advisory boards, and other related activities.
Who you’ll work with
- Share operational insights and knowledge from HCP education efforts to the TA/Brand and HCP Marketers to improve impact.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with PsO and HS communities to understand the appropriate partnerships and develop successful initiatives meaningful for these specific HCP targets.
- Partner with the HS and PSO Brand Leads to execute successful insight-driven activities that will inform overall Brand strategy (e.g., Ad boards, HS Congress attendance).
- Partner closely with HCP-facing functions and teams to achieve HCP education objectives and deliver an integrated education experience, including across the field.
- Partner effectively with the HCP Marketers and the Customer Engagement teams to support HCP Education and field communication and training, activities, as appropriate.
What you will do
- Day-to-day development and delivery of HCP educational tactical program efforts that enable the achievement of the overall brand strategy and defined metrics.
- Define key performance standards and drive effective and efficient approaches in HCP education delivery.
- Own day-to-day Peer to Peer operational & logistics required for effective Project Management of key initiatives (e.g., ANF & Quarterly Planning submissions, Ad board & Congress logistics).
- Consistently apply industry best practices and ways of working to deliver leading HCP education.
- Develop and maintain a keen understanding of the Dermatology business including customers, brand marketing for both the PsO and HS indications.
- Operate at the highest level of UCB compliance and professional standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in dermatology sales, marketing, KOL development, and/or other directly related roles.
- Overnight travel required. Up to 50% of time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working successfully with commercial and clinical functions.
- Proven experience in process building and project management.
- Ability to interface and collaborate with a variety of external and internal partners in a highly professional manner, serving as the “face” of the company at key conference and events.
- Strong influencing skills with those over whom there is no immediate supervisory capacity to achieve objectives.
- Results-oriented, attention to accuracy and detail, able to set priorities, take appropriate risks in a compliant manner.
- Ability to interface with key customers, accounts, physicians, practitioners, industry contacts, and consultants, accomplish corporate objectives.
- Ability to understand marketing terminology, trends, and adjust accordingly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and evaluate results making go/no-go decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Highly skilled in presenting in front of groups.
Pay
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $164,000 to $215,000 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
