Responsibilities
- Facilitate various family group activities that support and strengthen the member and their families assisting them in their recovery
- Encourage, assist and support the family in expressing their perspective throughout the processes of assessment, service planning and service delivery while maintaining a focus on the recovery and resiliency
- Create and facilitate a variety of family group activities that support and strengthen a family's journey of recovery
- Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements

Pay & Schedule
- Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week
- Location: 4451 E. Oak St., Phoenix, AZ 85008
- Additional Language Differential Pay Available
