The Certified Peer Specialist / Peer Care Manager in the Living Room provides support and resources to individuals seeking emergency or hospital diversion services within a person-centered, trauma-informed care model. Working collaboratively with the team, they aim to empower clients, promote recovery, and improve quality of life by fostering choice, health, and wellness goals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- New York Certified Peer Specialist (NYCPS) Provisional Certification within 3 months of hire; full certification expected within a year.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Pass criminal background checks and fingerprinting.
