Peer Review Coordinator RN

About the role

This full-time position supports physician peer review activities, focusing on clinical quality and patient safety. Collaborates with executive leaders and quality committees to achieve hospital goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with executive leaders and quality committees to achieve hospital goals.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field, and current RN licensure in California.
• Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience in acute care, strong facilitation and project management skills, and knowledge of quality improvement and peer review processes.
• Proficiency in computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior peer review experience are essential; leadership of multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
