  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field, and current RN licensure in California.
  • Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience in acute care, strong facilitation and project management skills, and knowledge of quality improvement and peer review processes.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior peer review experience are essential; leadership of multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
