  • Support physician peer review activities, focusing on clinical quality and patient safety
  • Facilitate and manage quality improvement projects
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Apply knowledge of quality improvement and peer review methodologies
  • Utilize high computer proficiency to support work processes
  • Prioritize leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams (preferred)
  • Experience in quality improvement and peer review (preferred)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field
  • Current RN licensure in California
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
  • Strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of quality improvement and peer review methodologies
  • High computer proficiency
  • Prior experience in quality improvement and peer review is preferred
  • Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams is advantageous
