- Support physician peer review activities, focusing on clinical quality and patient safety
- Facilitate and manage quality improvement projects
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Apply knowledge of quality improvement and peer review methodologies
- Utilize high computer proficiency to support work processes
- Prioritize leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams (preferred)
- Experience in quality improvement and peer review (preferred)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field
- Current RN licensure in California
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of quality improvement and peer review methodologies
- High computer proficiency
- Prior experience in quality improvement and peer review is preferred
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams is advantageous
