Hospital Peer Review Coordinator (RN)

Employment Type: Full time. Hybrid position — must live in the South Florida area.

About the Role

The RN Hospital Peer Review Coordinator & Data Analyst coordinates peer review activities and provides advanced data analysis, reporting, and trend identification to support patient safety, quality improvement, and Medical Staff governance. This role ensures peer review processes are timely, defensible, data-driven, and aligned with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Peer Review Coordination

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end peer review processes
• Prepare peer review cases and documentation for committee and leadership review
• Maintain confidentiality and peer review privilege integrity
• Support OPPE and FPPE processes in collaboration with Medical Staff leadership

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and analyze peer review and professional practice data
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics related to peer review outcomes, trends, and turnaround times
• Identify patterns, outliers, and system-level opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff Services on data-driven quality initiatives
• Ensure accurate data submission for internal and external reporting requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license required; BSN preferred
• 5–8 years of acute care clinical experience
• Experience with peer review, quality, or performance improvement
• Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills
• Proficiency in Excel and healthcare data systems; experience with peer review or quality software preferred
