About the Role

Join a supportive, vibrant pediatric practice in Missouri offering predictable hours, a balanced schedule, and a gradual ramp-up with mentorship. Clinic hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 4.5-day work week including a half-day for admin tasks. Call is light, at 1 week every 2 months, with no C-section attendance and minimal inpatient and newborn rounding.

Pay

• $250,000–$260,000 base salary
• $15,000 annual bonus
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $50,000–$75,000 NHSC loan repayment for 2-year full-time service (reapply as needed)

Qualifications
