Feature Pediatric Physician (Outpatient Focus)

• 4 days Clinic + 1 Admin day
• 1 week Inpatient Call / 2 weeks Clinic
• Clinical Scope: Primary care with 1:5 inpatient call, Neonatal/Peds rounds & outpatient care
• Annual Salary: $280,800
• Sign-on Bonus: $75,000

Pediatric Hybrid Hospitalist

• 4 days Clinic + 1 Admin day
• 1 week Inpatient Call / 2 weeks Clinic
• Clinical Scope: Primary care with 1:5 inpatient call, Neonatal/Peds rounds & outpatient care
• Annual Salary: $280,800
• Sign-on Bonus: $75,000

The Facility

• Maternal & Child Health Excellence
• Family Birthing Center: 15 beds designed for patient comfort and safety
• Specialized Nurseries: Level 1 Well-Baby and Level 2 Special Care nurseries
• Inpatient Pediatrics: Shared with Med/Surg inpatient unit
• Academic Environment: Provide one-on-one mentorship to Family Medicine residents in both neonatal and inpatient settings
