About the Role
This is an opportunity to build and manage your own pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within our physician-led, value-based medical group. In this role, you will join a collaborative team of two experienced Pediatricians and have access to robust onsite support, including Mental Health Counselors, Optometrists, and a dedicated Lactation team. Our clinic also offers the convenience of an in-house Pharmacy, imaging services, and a full-service lab ensuring seamless, integrated care for your patients.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pediatric patient panel
- Deliver high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care
- Join a collaborative team of two experienced Pediatricians
- Have access to robust onsite support, including Mental Health Counselors, Optometrists, and a dedicated Lactation team
- Offer seamless, integrated care through an in-house Pharmacy, imaging services, and a full-service lab
- Conduct newborn rounding responsibilities one morning per week and one weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver, Washington
- Do not attend deliveries
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician
- Experience in a physician-led, value-based medical group
- Collaborative team environment
- Access to robust onsite support
- Seamless, integrated care through in-house facilities
- Ability to conduct newborn rounding responsibilities
- No attendance at deliveries
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice medicine in Washington State
- Completion of a pediatric residency program
- Passing scores on all required pediatric exams
Skills

Pay
The annual salary for this position is $215,550 - $244,980 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
