Pediatrician
Your Role
Provide direct patient care to clinic patients (examine, diagnosis, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans)
Participate in the review, development, and training of patient care policies, procedures, protocols, and standing orders
Maintain health records for all patients and provide appropriate follow-up instructions through the use of electronic health records
Provide continuity of care to patients and serve in rotation for after-hour care coverage
Absorb responsibility and accountability for delegating, directing, and supervising patient care activities
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine required
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Nebraska required
- Current DEA license required
- Administrative experience as a physician in implementing community health programs preferred
- Demonstrated professional commitment to providing services to medically under-served individuals
- Ability to foster strong patient-provider relationships
