Pediatric Triage Nurse

This position is for a Pediatric Triage nurse, which includes triaging calls, MyChart messages, refill requests, and result notes. The role involves working with the pediatric office teams to provide home care or make appropriate appointments for patients, flexing as needed to assist offices with patients, workflows, and processes. This is an in‑office role located in one of the pediatric offices throughout Duly.
Responsibilities
- Triage Phone Response: Manages patient health concerns and symptoms via a telephone interaction utilizing physician‑approved protocols for the assessment and management of a range of symptoms. These telephone interactions require assessment, patient education and may require crisis intervention.
