Children With Opportunity is seeking a Pediatric Therapy Technician (PTT) to join our dynamic team. This position reports to the Clinic Director and works in a healthcare setting focused on pediatrics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Preferred graduate degree in ABA, OT, PT, SLP, Early Childhood Special Education or related field
• Criminal background check required
• Must obtain and maintain a CPR certification
• Adherence to HIPAA and all policies
• Works with integrity and ethics
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and pediatric therapy
• Collaborative team player
• Enjoys working with children

Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up and cleaning up activities, toys, and materials
• Aid in setting up and cleaning up group activities and clinic spaces
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including ABA, OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
• Adhere to policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, training, and workshops to acquire further knowledge
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company culture and values
