About the role

Dell Children's is looking for a full-time experienced APRN or PA to join our elite Pediatric Surgery APP team. This employed position within a nonprofit health system offers:

• Practice setting: inpatient and outpatient
• Collaboration with an established team of 10 physicians and 20 APPs
• Opportunity to deliver comprehensive pediatric surgical care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Empowering families and hospital providers through education and counseling on preventative health, specialized treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Championing accurate patient care journeys through detailed clinical documentation

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing (obtained prior to hire date)
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing (obtained prior to hire date)
• BLS Provider (preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
• Drug Enforcement Administration credential (preferred)
• Master's degree in Nursing (required)
