As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate therapists to provide virtual services to our pediatric clients in the Arcadia and Pasadena areas. Position Summary We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide remote therapy sessions to children from the comfort of their own homes. As a Virtual Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve the functional abilities and overall well-being of each child in our care. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approachesDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs and goalsProvide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions via telehealth platformsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standardsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities Qualifications Active and unrestricted California license in your respective discipline SLPMinimum of 1 year of pediatric experience (clinical, school-based, or early intervention preferred)Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible schedulePassionate about working with children and familiesThis is a 1099, Independent Contractor position Please note that this position will begin with limited hours, typically between 4 and 8 hours per week, with the potential for gradual increases as our patient base grows.
