About the Role

MaineHealth is seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech and Language Pathologist with outpatient feeding experience to join our innovative new pediatric feeding team. The SLP in this role will work with our most fragile pediatric patients in partnership with our growing multidisciplinary Complex Care program. The ideal candidate will work independently in our Kennebunk clinic, with support from the MMC team, and will enjoy the challenge of building this exciting new service. This position will report to our 4 Shape Dr. location in Kennebunk.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
  • Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act.
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.
  • One year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with pediatric feeding disorders and complex care patients preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
