Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Provide speech-language pathology services across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Work collaboratively with a team of SLPs and SLPAs to deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.
  • Participate in eligibility and progress meetings.
  • Utilize various service delivery models, including teletherapy if needed.

Requirements

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision.
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics or school-based services.

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability across student age groups.
  • Technological proficiency for teletherapy.

Schedule

Full-time hours with flexibility for part-time schedules.
