About the role
Provide speech-language pathology services across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Work collaboratively with a team of SLPs and SLPAs to deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a diverse student population.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.
- Participate in eligibility and progress meetings.
- Utilize various service delivery models, including teletherapy if needed.
Requirements
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision.
- Experience or interest in pediatrics or school-based services.
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability across student age groups.
- Technological proficiency for teletherapy.
Schedule
Full-time hours with flexibility for part-time schedules.
