Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is a multidisciplinary therapy practice that provides in-home and in-clinic speech language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA therapy services throughout the Carolinas, with clinical offices located in Fort Mill, SC, Greenville, NC, Greenville, SC, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The practice is hiring additional Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists for its growing therapy practice in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Performing speech and language evaluations
• Developing treatment plans and goals
• Utilizing electronic medical record software to complete documentation
• Providing direct patient therapy

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Willingness to commit to a minimum one‑year contract
• Either obtained or in the process of obtaining licensure in North Carolina

Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs) or SLP Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Interest in early intervention and pediatric populations preferred
• Opportunity for direct mentorship in pediatric feeding and swallowing
