Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists for its growing therapy practice in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The practice is a multidisciplinary therapy provider offering in‑home and in‑clinic speech language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA therapy services throughout the Carolinas, with clinical offices in Fort Mill, SC; Greenville, NC; Greenville, SC; and the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech and language evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and goals
• Utilize electronic medical record software to complete documentation
• Provide direct patient therapy

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Willingness to commit to a minimum one‑year contract
• Must have obtained, or be in the process of obtaining, licensure in North Carolina

Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or SLP Clinical Fellow (CF) status
• Interest in early intervention and pediatric populations preferred
• Direct mentorship in pediatric feeding and swallowing available
