Salary Range

$72,000 - $85,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CCC-SLP who is passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and clinical excellence. This leadership-focused role offers the opportunity to guide and support fellow therapists, contribute to program development, and help shape a positive, growth-oriented culture—all while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
  • Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
  • Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
  • Pediatric therapy experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians
