Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - Lead Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about developing people and providing exceptional care. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and develop SLPs across various pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop SLPs across a variety of pediatric settings
• Serve as a clinical expert—problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
• Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments
• Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development
• Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion
• Facilitate collaboration between departments

Qualifications

• Active Illinois and/or Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License
• 2+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across a variety of pediatric settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated strength in team mentorship and clinical communication
• A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
• Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset
• Confidence in your craft, curiosity about your team, and compassion in every move you make
