Speech Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist)

About the role

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
• Treat patients when and where you want, with no minimum requirement!
• Determine your own compensation based on the number of patients you treat.
• Take advantage of administrative support provided by our team for assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Document patient visits using our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system.
• Provide one-on-one treatment tailored to each patient's needs.
• Join a passionate group dedicated to helping people.
• Accept or decline patients through our Cliniconnects app in seconds.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology - The required license must be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will not be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist - Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!
