Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist/CF - Shepherd Clinic

Therapitas, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CF), or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

About the Role

This full-time position is based at our Shepherd Mall Clinic in Oklahoma City. We offer a Spanish Immersion Program for SLPs to become bilingual, and bilingual Spanish-English speaking candidates may receive a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services using our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
