Pediatric Sonographer (Weekend Option) Part-Time

About the role

A registered Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging for pediatric and adult patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The role may involve portable exams and work at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment readiness and functionality
• Conduct ultrasound imaging examinations independently
• Perform high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes
• Document procedures accurately
• Perform vascular imaging (beneficial)
• Assist with needle procedures (beneficial)

Requirements

• Associate degree or trade school equivalent
• RDMS or similar certification
• Less than 2 years of experience preferred
• CPR certification (advantageous)
• RDCS or equivalent certification (advantageous)
