Pediatric Sonographer (Weekend Option) Part-Time

About the role

A registered Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging for pediatric and adult patients, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies. They assist with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent ultrasound examinations
• Perform portable and on-call studies
• Ensure accurate procedure documentation

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• RDMS certification
• No prior experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of experience
• CPR certification
• RDCS certification

Skills

• Knowledge of ultrasound equipment
• Ability to perform diagnostic studies independently
• Strong attention to detail
