Pediatric Sonographer (Part-Time, Weekend Option)

About the Role

The Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to support diagnosis and treatment for pediatric and adult patients in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper equipment function and readiness
• Perform ultrasound exams accurately and independently
• Document procedures thoroughly
• Assist with needle procedures such as biopsies and drainages

Requirements

• Associate or Trade School education
• RDMS or equivalent certification
• Ability to perform ultrasound examinations independently
• Strong attention to equipment functionality and documentation

Qualifications

• Preferred: less than 2 years of experience
• Preferred: CPR certification
• Preferred: RDCS or equivalent certification
• Pediatric imaging experience is ideal
