Pediatric Respiratory Therapist I

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
• Perform respiratory assessments and administer aerosol therapies.
• Manage oxygen therapy and noninvasive ventilation services.
• Support ventilator management under supervision.
• Obtain and interpret arterial blood gases.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and care.
• Follow strict safety and infection-control standards in a teaching environment.
