Affirmed Home Care is expanding and we're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, high-quality nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Work independently in the home while receiving ongoing support from an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Qualifications
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of recent pediatric nursing experience preferred in home care, hospital, or acute care (preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Physical completed within the last 12 months.
- Credential completed within the last 12 months.
- Proof of MMR lab report.
