About the role

The Department of Pediatrics, at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, is recruiting for a full-time Pediatric Pulmonology faculty member at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to pediatric pulmonary patients from birth to young adulthood.
• Conduct clinical care at area hospitals including Sunrise/Children’s Hospital, UMC/Children’s Hospital, and others as assigned.
• Offer outpatient clinical care at the UNLV Health Faculty Practice plan clinic(s).
• Participate in hospital, departmental, and university committees.
• Engage in pediatric outreach activities and advocacy.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited college or university.
• Board Eligible or Certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Nevada medical license, pharmacy, and DEA licenses.
• Ability to obtain privileges at affiliated hospitals and other site locations.
