$25.00 - $30.00 an hour
Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.

Schedule

Full-Time/Part-Time Days/Nights.
Nights preferred

Cases Available

• Client 1: 14-month-old. All shifts needed for 24/7 care.
• Client 2: 19 yr old. Vent (non-invasive), Oxygen, GJTube, catheterization, non-verbal, total cares.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated LPN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Grand Junction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Auxiliary with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
