Role Overview
We are seeking motivated RNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Fruita.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Auxiliary with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system
Qualifications
- Active RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Pay and Sign-On Bonus
- Full-Time: $3,000.00 sign-on bonus, first half paid at 60 days of employment and second half at 120 days
- Part-Time: $1,500.00 sign-on bonus, first half paid at 60 days of employment and second half at 120 days
