About the role
We are seeking motivated LPN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Parker, CO.
Responsibilities
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Auxiliary with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
- Active LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Pay
- Full-time: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour
- Part-time: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour
- Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time - $2,000.00, Part-Time - $1,000.00
- Paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment
