Pediatric Private Duty LPN

About the Role

We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to care for a teenage male with Private Duty Nursing (PDN) needs, including GJTube, Oxygen, Seizures, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and global delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based electronic medical records system

Requirements

• Active LPN License (RN also considered)
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Pediatric Home Health

Pay

Starting pay for LPNs: $25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability.

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-Time (30+ hours): $3,000.00 (first half at 60 days, second half at 120 days of employment)
• Part-Time (29 or fewer hours): $1,500.00 (first half at 60 days, second half at 120 days of employment)

Schedule

• Full-Time: 30 hours or more per week
• Part-Time: 29 hours or less per week
• Nights: 19:00–07:00 (all shifts)
