Pediatric Private Duty LPN

About the role

We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to provide compassionate and skilled care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Schedule

• Part-Time PRN on Saturday
• One Week Day Available

Pay

• Full-Time: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
• Part-Time: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment

Qualifications

• Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days for Full-Time positions
• Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days for Part-Time positions
