About the Role
MedStar Medical Group is seeking a pediatrician to join a well-established primary care practice in Great Mills, southern Maryland. This outpatient position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, allowing you to focus entirely on primary care. You will practice alongside four other primary care providers with dedicated clinical and administrative support staff, with an on-site laboratory and sub-specialists available in the area.

Compensation and Incentives
- Competitive base salary of $230,000–$245,000
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
This position has a hiring range of USD $230,000.00 – USD $240,000.00 /Yr.
