About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized, one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, one-on-one pediatric physical therapy.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans for children from birth to age twenty-one.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to support home-based skill development.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to streamline documentation and maximize patient interaction time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
